Ask us to design a lattice panel for you. Our machinery and procedures are tuned to pergolas which allow us to make perfect lattice.
Each project is custom. You give us the height and width requirements then our formulas figure out the exact spacings.
The lattice members are two inches thick and three inches tall. Typical spacings are 10 inches vertically and horizontally which creates
7" x 7" openings in the lattice. Panels are priced by the linear foot of 2x3 material required, plus the support system.
Every lattice panel needs to be supported. In this case the panels are part of a Colonnade Pergola.
Each notch is preformed by automated machinery. Even the hole drilling is done by a CNC machine.

A critical part of the design process is the ability to see what your creation will look like when complete. We use AutoDesk to create life-like images of your project before you make a deposit.

It was a lot of fun for us to watch and hold umbrellas for them. They did a great job and even finished in a day and a half. Then a few days later, an extremely bad storm hit with nearby tornadoes and major tree damage and fallen trees throughout our entire town. The pergola remained intact, so we know that structurally it is good too. Well it is finally sunny again, so we could finally see how the sunlight filters in on the patio. I own at least 8 pieces of Baldwin lawn furniture: two picnic tables with benches, a loveseat, two gorgeous adirondack chairs and a couple of other misc. tables and chairs by the pool. This furniture is so sturdy and dependable - and the design is fabulous! Check out their website, or sit in the furniture in person at North Cove Outfitters in Old Saybrook or at Baldwin in Middletown. You will be 100% sold. Our pieces have weathered wonderfully, and we leave them out year round. In the spring we pull them into the driveway one day and give them a good wash and put a quick restain on them. This is MINIMAL work, I assure you. And the furniture receives compliments from our guests year after year. This is a great family company with a great product. GREAT!
